Garvey Avenue, West Covina. ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tem Sanderson (via teleconferencing) Councilmembers Herfert, Sotelo, Sykes Others Present: Bachman, St. Peter, S. Nichols Teleconferencing Information Teleconferencing used in part to conduct this meeting and statues of the Brown Act governing teleconferencing were met and the following was included on the posted agenda. Local 3226 City Negotiator: Pasmant Miscellaneous Unrepresented Management Employees, including -Assistant City Clerk -Fire Chief -Assistant City Manager -Director of Human Resources -Community Development -Planning Director Commission Director -Police Chief -Community Services Director -Public Works Director/ -Deputy City Manager City Engineer - Finance Director Director of Risk Management REPORTING OUT Deputy City Attorney Nichols reported the following: The City Council was briefed by Assistant City Manager/Finance Director Bachman on labor negotiations and the latest offers from the police and fire unions. The City Council authorized Mr. Bachman to make a counter offer to the police and fire unions. There was no reportable action taken.
