SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 11, 2012
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:10 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

REPORTING OUT Deputy City Attorney Nichols reported the following: The City Council was briefed by Assistant City Manager/Finance Director Bachman on labor negotiations and the latest
offers from the police and fire unions. The City Council authorized Mr. Bachman to make a counter offer to the police and fire unions. There was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Touhey adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
