The City Council of the City of Nest Covina do ordain as follows: Secticn 1: That it is hereby declared and determined that the sum of �,' 8,242,28. will be required to pay the cost and Expense of maintaining the _ City of West Covina during the fiscal year 1930-1931. Secticn 2: That in order to raise the aforesaid sum, there shall be end is hereby levied on each one, hundred dollars (yp100.00) of taxable property, exclusive of operative property, in the said City of vest Covina a tax of �. cents ($1.L O ). u'.
