The adjourned regular meeting of the West Covina City ,Council was called to order

by Mayor Manners at 7:30
pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue,
West Covina. The Pledge
of Allegiance was led by community Girl Scouts and the
invocation was given by Rev. 'Sonia Y, Lim.

to approve minutes of the regular meeting held February 27,
1989 and the adjourned regular meeting of March 6, 1989.

Mayor Manners proclaimed April 23-29, 1989 as GFWC CALIFORNIA
FEDERATION WEEK.and presented.the proclamation to Debbie
Phillips, president of West Covina Juniors.

detached signs for uses with designated outdoor display
areas on approved precise plans'.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Mayor Manners recessed the City Council meeting at 9:00 pm
to convene the Redevelopment Agency. The City Council
meeting reconvened at 9:02 pm with all members present.
