REGULAR MEETING
November 13, 1984
The regular meeting'of the City Council was -called to order at 7:35 PM by Mayor
Bacon in the West Covina City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W..Garvey Avenue, West
Covina. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Bacon and the invocation was
given by Syd Friestad, Faith Chapel.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Tennant, seconded by Manners, and unanimously
carried to approve the minutes of the adjourned regular
meeting of October 22, 1984, and the regular meeting of
October 22, 1984.
PRESENTATION Mayor.Bacon presented the proclamation proclaiming
CHEMICAL ABUSE PREVENTION WEEK, November 11 through
17, 1984, to Darrell Hall of the Police Department.

Mayor Bacon announced that free legal services to the
senior citizens

vened at 9:16 PM.
