The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Bacon and the invocation was given by Syd Friestad, Faith Chapel. Thereafter, it would be offered every other Monday. COUNCILMEMBERS' REPORTS Motion by Manners, seconded by Tennant, and unanimously carried to refer the Pacific Waste Management Corporation Waste Management Commission waste energy proposal to the Waste Management Commission. Councilmember Manners attended the West Covina Auto Receptions Parts grand opening. She also attended a reception at the Lark Ellen Towers retirement home.
