period took place between members of the City Council and

Notion by Shearer, seconded by Chappell, and carried unani-
mously to,.approve the'following staff recommendations: 1)
that the City Council.authorize staff to present study
findings and recommendations to community organizations,
commissions, and the general public, and 2) that staff be
authorized to work with R.J.D. and other jurisdictions,
and the general public.
